How did Talent Ark come about? After two decades of all-rounded consulting, David Ng is convinced that there is huge potential in every person and organisation; be it the CEO or the clerk. However, often times, he found that the potential in people and organisations he helped are stifled or “locked” by a lack of awareness of self and others. And all it took to help them was some clarity and coaching.
Thus the founding of Talent Ark. In the days of Noah from the Bible’s Old Testament story, the “Ark” symbolised a vessel of hope. Talent Ark is created to bring hope to individuals and organisations disoriented and distracted by myriads of different pressures from themselves and their community, and the endless promotions of cookie-cutter self-improvement techniques, that may be counter productive when applied without the context of their personality make-up.
